We are OPEN for business!

**We are now asking every passenger, ages 3 years old and older, to bring a mask to keep in your bag, if government boats are inspecting. This is per the US Coast Guard’s new guidelines and prevents each guest from getting a $1,000 fine. You are not required to wear it while onboard throughout the day.**

In these uncertain times, we wanted to state what *Island Flyer* is doing to support you and your travel plans. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility.

Your Travel Safety

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team remain our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Our cleaning protocols are thorough and listed below:
  • We continue the use of high-grade disinfectant when cleaning all areas of the boat.
  • We will adjust the food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have included antibacterial hand sanitizers on board.

Your Travel Flexibility

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind:
  • Government Restrictions. In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, we will continue to offer full refunds regardless of when the trip is scheduled.
  • New & Existing Reservations. If your trip needs to be canceled directly as a result of this pandemic, you will be refunded the entire amount. Please let us know as soon as possible.

If you need to adjust reservations made on our website, please contact Madolyn directly at 843-323-0983. If you need to adjust reservations made through another booking site, please contact them for assistance regarding their cancellation policy related to COVID-19.

May you all stay safe and healthy during this difficult time.
