**We are now asking every passenger, ages 3 years old and older, to bring a mask to keep in your bag or to wear only while leaving and entering the harbor, if government boats are inspecting. This is per the US Coast Guard’s new guidelines and prevents each guest from getting a $1,000 fine. You are not required to wear it while on board throughout the day.**
In these uncertain times, we wanted to state what Island Flyer is doing to support you and your travel plans. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility.
Your Travel Safety
- We continue the use of high-grade disinfectant when cleaning all areas of the boat.
- We will adjust the food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
- We have included antibacterial hand sanitizers on board.
Your Travel Flexibility
Government Restrictions. In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions, we will continue to offer full refunds regardless of when trip is scheduled.
New & Existing Reservations. If your trip needs to be cancelled directly as a result to this pandemic, you will be refunded the entire amount. Please let us know as soon as possible.
If you need to adjust reservations made on our website, please contact Kimberly directly at 843-323-0983. If you need to adjust reservations made through another booking site, please contact them for assistance regarding their cancellation policy related to COVID-19.
